Jiu Jitsu

GREAT RIVER JIU JITSU offers comprehensive marital arts training up to 5th Degree Black Belt, with additional advanced training available. GRJJ focuses on a principled-based approach to traditional Jiu Jitsu techniques. Primarily adult-based, the Jiu Jitsu curriculum, together with optional Great River Institute offerings, emphasizes the balanced development of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions of Being. The Virginia school has a resident Shihan (master instructor) and the New York school is headed by a GRJJ certified instructor.
